This policy describes PostingZoo.com's social service. Contact the site operator at info@postingzoo.com for privacy questions, access/correction requests, or concerns about an underage account.
Information processed
We store account details such as your email, display name, handle, password hash, and optional profile information; posts and uploaded images; follows, reactions, bookmarks, blocks, mutes, reports, and notification preferences. New registrations record when you confirmed being 18+ and accepted the terms, with the terms version. We do not request a date of birth in that form. Sessions, security logs, and hosting systems may record IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and request information. Moderation actions are logged.
Public and private information
Profiles, posts, replies, images, and visible interaction counts are public and may be copied or indexed by others. Email addresses, password hashes, bookmarks, and reports are not displayed publicly. Authorized administrators and service providers may access information needed to operate, secure, or moderate the service. Do not put confidential information in public posts or your profile.
Purposes and providers
We use information to provide accounts and feeds, deliver verification/recovery and administrator emails, process interactions and uploads, enforce rules, investigate abuse, and maintain the service. Hosting and email providers process information for these purposes; their processing locations may differ from yours. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or threats, subject to applicable law.
Cookies and external content
Essential session and security cookies support sign-in and forms; choosing Remember me permits a persistent login cookie. Blocking these cookies may prevent account functions. Shared links lead to services with their own policies. YouTube thumbnails can connect to YouTube before playback; playing a video loads its external player. Those providers may receive your IP address and browser information. PostingZoo cannot control their practices.
Your choices and retention
You can update profile information, change account credentials, export account data, and request account deletion through Settings. The administrator account requires an ownership-transfer arrangement before deletion. Deleted posts and account content are removed from the live service, but copies held by other people, search engines, or independent services are outside our control. Backups, security records, and moderation records may persist for operational or legal needs. Contact us for the retention arrangements that apply to a particular request. We aim to retain personal information only as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations.
Protection and requests
We use access controls, password hashing, and other technical safeguards; no online service can promise absolute security. Keep your credentials private. Contact info@postingzoo.com to request access, correction, deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint. We may need proportionate verification before handling an account request. If you withdraw consent needed to operate an account, some features or the account may need to close. Statutory privacy rights remain available.
Adults and changes
Accounts are for adults 18+. If an underage account is identified, we may restrict it and address its information with appropriate care. We may update this policy and its displayed date; material changes should be communicated before new uses where required.
