PostingZoo.com is an independent social network for adults 18+. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the Community Rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. For questions or notices, contact the site operator at info@postingzoo.com.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Provide accurate registration details, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for your own use of the service and content you submit. Do not bypass restrictions, access other accounts, or interfere with the service.
Your content
You retain your ownership rights. You grant PostingZoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, resize/format, and display your submitted content as needed to provide and maintain the service, including showing it in feeds, replies, and quotes. You must have the rights or other lawful basis needed to share it. This permission ends when content is deleted except for limited backup, legal, and operational retention and copies already shared independently by others. It does not transfer ownership of your work to PostingZoo.
Public posts and third parties
Public content may be seen, copied, or linked by others. Editing does not remove copies others already made. Member opinions and linked content are their authors' responsibility and are not endorsed or verified by PostingZoo. Exercise your own judgment; posts are not a substitute for professional advice. We are not a party to private transactions or arrangements between members and do not guarantee external services.
Moderation and availability
We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts to enforce rules, protect the service, respond to legal obligations, or address abuse. You may request review through the contact above. We may change or discontinue features. Availability, uninterrupted operation, and preservation of every item are not guaranteed; keep your own copies of important content.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of member content, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third-party content, or outages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not excuse the operator from applicable legal duties.
Ending use and changes
You can stop using the service and use the account deletion option, subject to the administrator ownership restriction. Relevant legal obligations and provisions that by their nature continue will survive closure. We may revise these terms and display the revision date; material changes should be brought to members' attention. Contact us with a concern before seeking further remedies if practicable; this does not restrict your legal rights.
